I have had my water shut off more than once. Its loud as hell on the weekends. The apartments could be a lot nicer for what they charge. It's pretty much a rip off. wish i would have looked more. Oh well
The office staff can be idiots. really.

The water was shut off to this building only twice. Once was because we were removing an old waterheater and replacing it with a new one and once to make a repair to a broken pipeline. Each time, the water was off for less than an hour. I have not received any complaints from tenants in the building about noise. As a matter of fact, most of the people that live in the building are professionals, upper level, graduate or post graduate students so the noise level in this building tends to be very low. The apartment that this tenant is refering to (in our Perrin building)is very nice. It has a kitchen that was remodeled in 2004 with new oak cabinets, dishwasher, garbage disposal, built-in microwave, ceramic tiled floors, countertop and backsplash. It also has a new air conditioning unit, new windows in 2004, a split bath and walk-in closet. Visit our website at www.flo-mar.com to view pictures of this and other Flo-Mar Apartments.
