I am very sad to be moving away from Flo Mar, but unfortunately the commute to school is killing me and I need to move closer to UM campus.

I've lived with flo mar for the past two years, and it has been a fantastic experience. Other than a small incident involving one rather crabby office staff that seemed to have a vendetta against me and my partner (she has moved away, thankfully), I have only had good experiences.

When I first moved in, I was unhappy with the age of my windows. I complained, and sure enough, flo mar came and put in new windows! They also completely renovated my bathroom (new tiles, tub, and sink) while I was out of town for a few days. Their matience staff has always been very prompt and kind, and I generally enjoy chit chatting with them when they come to fix things. They usually come to address problems within a few hours of my call, sometimes it takes a day if they're busy, but if it's an urgent issue, they'll be there very fast!

The apartments are cute, unique, and quiet. I live in a house that is somewhere around 100 years, and it dosn't look it's age- it's very well kept, the walls are very thick and soundproof, and everything is in great shape.

I am a very nervous person and I generally don't feel safe in Ypsi, but I have always felt safe with flomar. Everything is well lit, and the apartments I am in are in a very safe area. The only bushes near the walkway are about one foot square, and thus very hard for anyone to be hiding in. If you tell staff safety is a concern, they'll work with you to find the safest apartments they have.

I can't reccomend this company enough, they are fantastic!
