I lived in Ypsilanti for seven years while getting my bachelor's and master's, this is one of the most expensive companies in Ypsilanti - but almost worth it. Staff is very helpful and nice and make an effort to know you. Very nice properties and grounds. Never had a problem with parking. When my kitchen appliances were on the brink, I got a whole new kitchen! They also told me they were going to redo my bathroom but I moved out before that happened. If you can afford it, I definitely recommend it.
