The house was amazing. The maintenence staff was the best Ive ever dealt with in Ypsi. Past apartments were kind of ghetto, but when I moved in with Flo-Mar, things changed. They never waited more then a few hours when something went bad in our apartment (which wasnt often), and quite a few times they were able to send someone out immediately. If I didnt graduate, I totally would have renewed.
