We are 4 months into our first year with Flo-Mar. Our apartment is very nice, quiet neighbors, good price and so on. The staff, both office and maintenance, are very nice people, who have seemingly made an effort to make us feel comfortable and happy. Our small complaint is with the owner Marvin, who seems to be a very grumpy. We generally try to avoid him. Overall and so far our experience has been good as long as we deal with the staff and not the owner.
