We did not have a good experience with Flo-Mar. The maintenance was pretty fast but that was it. Not enough parking. Rude staff. Dirty. Located in a crime filled area. Expensive. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

As the manager at Flo-Mar Apartments, I take complaints very seriously. We maintain the best quality apartments and pay close attention to detail. While we do clean the apartments before new tenants move in, we also make sure to tell them that if they are unsatisfied with the cleaning or maintenance for any reason to let us know and we'll come back to make any corrections. In addition, we also have a cleaner maintain all common areas every two weeks. While we generally supply student housing, what we offer is not cookie-cutter. We offer hardwood flooring in many of our apartments along with custom paint and trim, modern recessed lighting, dishwashers and garbage disposals. We also take safety very seriously. We keep all of our properties very well lit at night. We've installed deadbolts on the doors and also new windows to increase security. We've even installed window alarms at the request of our tenants. Lastly, it is unfortunate that parking is so limited in all areas around the university. Since all of our parking is slightly different from location to location, it is difficult for me to respond to this complaint, as I'm not sure which property you were at. We do offer parking at all of our locations, though. It sounds like you have already moved on and are no longer living with Flo-Mar. It is unfortunate that we were not given a chance to correct these things before you left. As always, we do everything within reason to make our tenants happy and comfortable in their apartments.

Sorry to say this Stacie but you were a big part of why we moved. You don't have that upbeat personality needed to do your job properly. Also Flo-Mar apartments are not any nicer than other apartments we looked at and we moved into a house with another large landlord in the area that has all new appliances, refinished wood floors, very large, very clean and a much better price.
