I m a student at EMU and rented from flomar last year. My roommates and I really love our apartment at flomar and have no complaints at all. But there are a lot of great apartment deals advertised so some of my roommates thought we should look around for something cheaper. We checked out a bunch of places but found that the advertised deals were fake! Some places advertise 1 month free, but the monthly rent is higher or there are stupid extra charges, so when we did the math, we realized that our flomar deal was so much better! Also, the other apartments weren t nearly as nice as flomar. Our apartment was renovated just before we moved in. All appliances are new. The outdoor area is always well maintained.

I read some of the other postings about flomar here and was surprised that people complained about the staff not being friendly. Everyone I ve dealt with has been extremely pleasant and helpful. If they say they ll get back to me on something, they do so immediately.

Bottom line, I m so glad we re staying at flomar!
