I just moved out of flo-mar after being a tenant for 2 years. I moved because I m relocating for a new job. I found that flo-mar provided good value for my money. The apartment wasn t a palace, but I wasn t paying for one. My apartment had been recently renovated and felt very fresh and new. The owner, Marvin, really has pride of ownership and wants tenants to be happy. The appliances were all new or close to it. I loved the convenience of having laundry onsite. I never had a problem with parking. The grounds were nicely kept up, snow removal, grass trimming etc. If I ever had a maintenance problem, the office staff would immediately attend to it. As a professional in my 30s, I didn t want to deal loud obnoxious college kids. The staff does a great job at filtering potential tenants so that all my neighbors were respectful. I truly found it to be a great place to live and highly recommend it.
