Upon initial appearance, Golfside Lake looks nice and the staff may appear friendly. I will give them the benefit of the doubt--grounds upkeep is good. On the other hand, if you should have a problem with anything in your apartment related to maintenance duties, FORGET IT! I have lived in a number of apartments in my life and NEVER have I had the trouble with getting stuff fixed that I've had here! It's terrible. I've talked to a few other residents who agree with me on this. It takes more than just one or two calls to even get maintenance to come by to look at the problem. Then just wait and see how long it takes them to fix it or if they even fix it at all.
Upon bringing these problems up to staff, they will say they are sorry, but then nothing is ever done about it anyway. Staff here have poor, poor attitudes about residents. It seems like they are nice to our faces, but as soon as we're out the door, they're ripping you apart. I've heard staff complaining or insulting other residents when I've been in the office--very unprofessional!
