I am a current resident at Golfside and i cannot wait to move for many reasons. The apartments are old and falling apart literally. We have complained numerous times about our heat (When it is on, it is giving us headaches) and nothing has been done about it. The parking sucks! The complex doesnt gaurantee you a spot by your building so basically if you come home after eight plan on walking a half mile to your building. There are about ten cars that i can count from my window that are broken down and that are taking up spots. The area is also not a safe place. I would advise spending a little more and looking else where.
