I have lived at Golfside for 1 year, and the only reason that i am moving out of the appartments is because their 2 bedroom rates are a little more than i can budget. I currently live in a 1 bedroom and have had no problems so far.
As far as maint. i feel that they have been pretty good. At 1 a.m. in the morning i woke up and my heat was out. I called the emergency line through the appartments and a staff person was at my door in less than 1/2 hour. He worked until 2 a.m. when he finally finished the job. He was very courteous as all the staff have been. I recommend this appartment to anyone looking and give it an 8 rating.
