Maintenance is great, management and office staff are decent but high turnover. However the gated access does not keep out the jerks who think they own the whole building they live in. Noise from loud stereos, psychotics slamming their doors hard enough to shatter glass in other apartments, and smokers who use the laundry rooms and common hallways as their personal smoking rooms are enough to make anyone think twice about coming to live here. If that's not enough, there is a resident thug gang member living here who likes to key others' cars in the parking lot so don't bring a new car here, it won't look good for long. If you don't need sleep at night and don't care about getting lung cancer from other tenants' smoke or getting your car scratched up, then this may be the place for you. Good luck!
