The location was good for me, as i took the AATA up Washtenaw to Dwtn Ypsi for work. The move-in special was too good to pass up ($99 sec. dep. 1 mo. rent free!). The fitness ctr, spacious units, tennis courts, laundry, proximity to shopping and parking was good. The bird poop along the paths were terrible, and the staff does a total 180 on you once you move in. They're very nice and professional at first, but give it less than a month before they're either non-responsive to your needs, harrassing you or just plain rude and hostile! If you can deal with it, then Golfside is OK.
