Perhaps I just got lucky in the building I lived in. I lived in the front of the complex right by the street and I always felt safe at night and I lived alone. It was pretty quiet for the most part, the couple's fights next door actually became quite entertaining. I never had any maintenance issues, or problems with the office staff. The only reason I didn't renew my lease was because I picked up a roommate and they didn't have any two bedrooms available at the time we wanted to move in. I have recommnended this place to friends and they have also had good experiences. Not everyone has a good experience like mine but no everyone will have a bad experience either.
