I've lived here for three months, and while I have a few complaints, I'm pretty satisfied. The price is great, especially considering the move-in specials. I looked at many, many places in A2 & Ypsi area, and this is the best bang for my buck.

However, the office staff told us we had to move in three weeks before we planned IF we wanted a terrace level apartment--otherwise we'd be in a middle apartment, paying more rent for twelve months. Unfortunately there was no one else even living in our building for the first two-three weeks we lived there, so I do feel like the rental agent at least bent the truth.

When we moved in the AC was broken, which was a mjor drag and took about a week to figure out, but was REPLACED within a week of my call to the office and had worked great since then, especially through this hellishly hot summer. The exercise room is falling apart, but with the promise of a newer, bigger room with all new equipment, I'm willing to let that go--it's still amuch better exercise room than at my last complex.

Most of my neighbors are friendly, although I do tend to hear more of their business than I'd like and I've also found the staff to be consistently helpful and polite.

So, overall, I'd give the place 80% approval, which is a solid B and good enough for now. I mean, come on, it IS apartment living after all!

Oh yeah, and while you do get charged for water, my electric bill is HALF what it was in my last apartment--that's a sign of quality insulation or something, so I don't mind paying $15/month for water and sewage
