I have only lived here for a few months and have not had any problems. I always get a decent parking spot. I am a single female and I feel safe coming home at night as it is very well lit. I do not hear my neighbors too often but hearing your neighbors some should be expected in any apartment. The only complaint I have is the windows are thin and can feel cold air coming in as well as people outside talking.
