anyone lives here on the studio or one bed room apt'
I'm about to sign a lease here for upcoming year and I'm wondering the utility bills (in summer and in winter)...how much does it usually come out to be'
Also, anyone has a better suggestion for living on the bottom or middle (2nd) floor of the building' (I.e. any bugs in summer for 1st floor' or break-ins for 1st floor')

I lived in a one bedroom last year and the AUM (water, sewer, garbage) bill was always $30 and the DTE (electric/gas) bill was anywhere from $60 to $90. It'll be a lot more in the winter and summer because the temperature's are extreme due to the poor design and lack of insulation. Also, I'd live on the 2nd floor... ground level freaks me out, and my friend who also lives in this complex got his bicycle stolen from his porch and he's on the 1st floor! Move here at your own risk... there are better places.

I have lived in a one bedroom for over a year now. My AUM is around $20-25 and DTE in the summer is about $20 and $40 in the winter, that is living on the top level though. There is a big temp difference, especially in the winter between the top and bottom levels. I really like it here, no real complaints.
