This is my second year living here and it has been nothing but a good experience. I got a great deal for a 1-bedroom because I was a student at WCC and I found the place in late August. There are brand new balconies, a new leasing office and sweet fitness center with flat screen TV's, two pools, and two tennis courts. Management is very friendly and maintenance has not been problematic. There are large parking spaces and parking is never a problem. Yes being plowed-in can be pain in the winter but that's Michigan for you. I also use space-heaters which help keep the bills down.My kitchen is a little small, but my bedroom and living room are spacious. I love my balcony and the sliding door lets in refreshing sunlight. I have a great view of the leasing center and the leasing center, pool, and tennis courts. Noise is limited and it's a gated community. I feel safe enough. There are pretty new washers and dryers and there are only 6 units per building. This is a great location near WCC, EMU, grocery stores,restaurants,Showcase Cinemas, snd Arborland Mall. I like being near Washtenaw, Packard, and Carpenter roads.I only plan on leaving if I find a teaching position outside of Washtenaw county. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
