I like it here a lot. The people in the office have always been nice to me, but I've never had a problem I needed to talk to them about, so I don't know how organized or knowledgeable they are. The maintenance guys are very nice but can sometimes take a long time to get things done.

I am very happy with my experiences here so far, although I've only been here 2 months. It is cute and comfortable and just the right size for me. I like the clubhouse and the little gym is nice and convenient. The lake/pond is scenic and pretty, but it attracts a lot of Canadian geese, which wander around the property looking for food and pooping all over. That is my biggest complaint, the geese making a mess, but I can live with it.

I am pretty happy with everything. I don't hear much noise from other tenants, except the people above me. It sounds like they are stomping on the floors every time they walk. I don't know if they're just fat or if their floor just makes a lot of noise. Anyway, parking is good, I like that the community is gated, it is close to EMU, where I go to school, and on the outskirts of Ypsilanti, so it's not all ghetto like the rest of the city.

I LOVE the layout of my apartment. If you're interested, it is the Ontario floor plan. There is a HUGE amount of closet space in the bathroom. I have a walk-in closet in the hallway and my bedroom closet is a walk-in too, plus a coat closet by the door. The kitchen is cute and I like the wooden cabinets, they look much nicer than the cabinets at some apartment complexes. It is a nice place to live, I would recommend it. I am happy here.
