I lived here for 2 years and would have stayed if I was not relocating out of state. It is a great place for a student and i got in on a 499/mo special! I don't have any complaints. Whenever I had a maintenance issue they came quickly and addressed the problem. The rent did increase each year, so that would be my only complaint, but most places do. The pools were nice and you had free internet in the clubhouse. Overall, I liked my time spent here. And the gated entry is a great bonus! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

Does anyone know the difference between this Golfside lake apartment and the other one posted on here? The address of the other one is 2705 Golfside dr but it seems to be apart of this community. I just wondered because the reviews are completely different for looking like it's the same apartment building.

There are two different complexes....One is Golfside Lake Apts (Owned by McKinley) and the other is Golfside Manor/Golfside Apts. I lived in Golfside Lakes (you can tell from looking, they look completely different). I also visited Golfside Manor preiviously and it was a dump. There were roaches and a variety of other dead bugs lying around and cabinets were hanging from the hinges. This was 4 years ago, so maybe they have improved, but I'm not sure. Price wise Golfside Lake Apts are more than Golfside Manor. So make sure you check the place before moving in because they are close to each other (they are both on golfside, but separated by Washtenaw). Good luck.
