My husband and I moved into Hunt Club II in the late Spring of 2004. We really wanted a larger dog and this was very few of many places that would accept a dog over 45 pounds and was not gross.

Ypsilanti is not the greatest area! So what some of these people expect I have no clue. I did have an incident with my car being broken into...BUT...I left my purse on the front seat overnight!

The size of the apartments is amazing compared to local places including Ann Arbor! The lease signing price was unbeatable!

My complaints:
1. After living and being on time for 9 months, our lease will go up 40 dollars for next year.

2. The grounds are dark! It seems to be light due to the amount of lights, but it does not really light the area!

3. Parking stinks! We live by the clubhouse and share 3 small lots with 3 buildings. Parking is tough and after 7 pm forget getting a close spot!

4. The levels of feces from careless pet owners is crazy! When there is no weight limit on animals the size of poop increases. (Good note to animal owners: There are stop signs with poop bags on them!)

The other things I did not mention... The maint. guys are great. Always waving hello and starting small conversation. For those whom had bad run ins with them, these people must just not be nice people. Rob is outstanding though!

The gym is nice, but small so at peak hours (after work) there are about 5 people in there and 5 real areas to workout.

The clubhouse is very nice and can be rented for events.

The tennis courts are lighted and great for dogs to play, the mgt. says they do not mind as long as you are clean and if others whom want to play tennis can boot you off. :-)

In all I love this place, and though it will not be our HOME, it will be our place of living for another year until we are done with school.

(Make sure you talk them down or have them include something!!)
