Terrible service and parking in deteriorating neighborhood.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The managers are hard to get a hold of. The parking was absolutely terrible. Probably only enough spots for one car per unit. All the space is taken up by the over priced garages not included in the monthly rental. Service took over a week for anything sometimes up to three and I only rented there for 9 months.
