I moved in here last summer, after quickly moving out of a really sketchy apartment complex a few miles away, and the Hunt Club staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going so far as to stay past closing time to push my paperwork through so that I could move in immediately. They've been every bit as helpful ever since.

The buildings are very well maintained, with frequent improvements being made (security doors were installed shortly after I moved in, the roofs were all redone last fall, etc.). I can't say how quickly the maintenance staff responds to things that need fixing because I haven't had anything go wrong, but everyone has been very friendly and helpful when I've spoken with them.

The parking's not great (too much space is allotted to reserved, covered parking that costs extra), but it's not awful either. I've never had to park more than one building over, the grounds are well-lit, and the whole place is quickly plowed and de-iced during snowy weather, so the occasional little walk isn't a big problem.

The noise level isn't bad at all. The only time I've been able to hear my neighbors through the walls was when this one gigantic dog was making a LOT of noise, and while that was annoying, it really does take a lot of noise to be audible from unit to unit. My neighbors are friendly and considerate as well.

Really, I don't have anything bad to say about Hunt Club at all. Staff' Friendly! Rent' Reasonable! Safe' Very yes! Grounds' Well maintained and pretty! I highly recommend it to one and all.

I recently just moved into the community and I as well love the apartment home that I now reside in parking sometimes is a little on the shy side but hopefully something will be done to accomodate the residents a bit more with parking but, other than the parking the neighbors so far are friendly but the community itself is just outstanding "It a wonderful place to call home"
