I have lived here since Sept '04 and am counting down the days until my lease is up. Not happy with managment. Don't seem very willing to help. Extras are over priced. There is a problem with dog waste all over the grounds and aggresive breeds. Parking is a nightmare. Too many kids running around unattended by parents.

I called the office about the door to my building not latching shut. She said that's just how some of them are. Didn't seem to care or write up a maintenance report. I was 'sold' a modified unit and never told. She didn't seem to really care that she lied about the apt and didn't try too hard to fix the problem.

I somewhat agree with this review. I feel as if the office staff could be more respectful and caring on a professional level and that residents shouldn't be charged as much for the covered parking since parking is limited. On the more positive side the neighborhood so far is a quiet and friendly setting and i simply love the layouts.
