UPDATE: I posted the following email a month ago and I received an email stating it was removed because Hunt Club clompained because I mentioned the name of the offending person, which is apparently against the rules. I have edited my original post replacing the annoying 20 something's name with brown hair as just "Staff Member". This only goes to prove once again what a crappy place this is! Thank you Hunt Club for throwing a fit and proving my point!

Although I had reserved an apartment here a month in advance of my move
in, I was informed just days before I was due to move in that my
apartment was not going to be ready and that I could either wait an
additional week or take another apartment. Well considering I had already
packed everything I owned and my lease was up in my current place I had no
choice but to take another apartment sight unseen. I didn't get the
view or the upgrades I wanted and my rent was still the same. "Staff member" was
absolutely terribly rude! I asked to speak to the manager and was told
that the manager was on leave and that she was acting manager so what
she says was final. I have never been treated so poorly or with as
little regard as how she treated me. I have had several maintenance issues
since I have moved in about a month ago and the last time the
maintenance guy came out he said that "Staff Member" told him that I was a difficult
person and very demanding! I am demanding' I just want my apartment to
having working outlets, clean vents, and no broken appliances... really
is that demanding'

Considering that I have been labeled
difficult I don't suspose that the rest of my stay here will be very
pleasant. I am looking to transfer to another AIMCO community so I can break
my lease here. I would hope that this meesage would be a wake up call to
the management at Hunt Club and they reconsider having "Staff Member" as acting
manager.

How funny. I have never had so many problems in an apartment community as I have here at Hunt Club. I have had so many problems with that "acting manager/staff member", it's not even funny. I am so glad that the manager is back from her leave, and she has really helped clean some of the problems that "staff member" created for us. I will still be breaking my lease as soon as I find a new place to live.
