The other day I came home an was almost hit by two 8 year-olds racing mini dirt bikes around our small parking lot. At the same time some jacka$$ had his SUV parked halfway on the sidewalk, with all doors open and blasting bass heavy music (this is winter mind you). Perhaps this is the added entertainment I get for my rent going up each year because I don't see anything else changing. As other posters have mentioned, the old office staff was "liquidated" for some reason and replaced with a new one. Perhaps this staff might be a tad more discriminating when signing leases...but I doubt it.
