I've lived at Hunt Club for a year. The apartments are a pretty good price for the size. One word of advice, don't rent the apartment right under the stairs, you can hear everyone coming and going at all hours of the night, including the conversations they are having word for word.
The only problem I've had is with the office staff. While they are very nice, they've had a lot of turnover and I get a different answer to my question depending on who I ask. It is because of this I am moving-I had a question on renewing my lease and no one could give me a straight answer, so I said forget it.
