I have been very happy with my experience at Hunt Club. I have lived in Ann Arbor for several years and I think this place is a very good value in the area. I work with many university students and I would be very confident recommending this place to them. Please be assured there are many happy residents here and NO this review is not written by the office staff.

I have been EXTREMELY impressed with the maintenance department. All of the requests that I have made have been completed in one day or less.

My experience with the office staff has been nothing but pleasant.

The commons area in my apartment is very clean and well kept. Shortly after I moved in new carpet was installed and the walls were painted. This was great considering it was already better looking than many other places that I had considered.

There are several dogs in this complex, so if you do not like that, this might not be the place for you. I happen to enjoy this.

I'm sure there are some problem residents as is true in all apartments. I have been lucky not to not have encountered any problems.

I gave rent referrals and received my money. If you didn't get yours perhaps you should see if your referral sources completed the necessary paperwork.

I think a person would be hard pressed to find another apartment in the area with the same amenities for less money. Unfortunately the Ann Arbor area is expensive.
