I just signed my 2nd year lease and I am very happy with Hunt Club. It IS a pet friendly community so yes, there may be poop in some places but absolutly not ALL over like people claim, but when you sign that lease, you know its a pet friendly community so thats what happens when there are animals around. Maintenance has always come the day after I call for service and are very friendly. There is one who likes to drive his old jeep very fast around the bus stop though, which I have complained about. There is one office staff member that is not very helpful and quite rude, but hopefully she'll see her day, she claimed I didnt pay rent when infact I put it in the drop box. when she showed me where the drop box was on the inside, I noticed a paper shredder right underneath the window, so my rent check may have been shredded, ya might want to move that. The pool and the weight room are terrific. you can purchase the card key for $20.00 and you get that $20.00 back when you move out so you can use the facilities later than business hours, 10 oclock I believe. The grounds are always nicely kept and the snow is plowed in the winter. Maybe they've improved since I've lived here, but I have had not a problem!!
They do need improved parking-I will say that.
