I will sum it up:
1)unsafe
2)In need of great repair, and when repair issues do arise, they are not fixed properly
3)yes, dog friendly, but be prepared to step on poop wherever you walk (which includes sidewalks!)
4)noisy, ghetto atmosphere (they don't care who they lease to, as long as the unit is rented--which is sad because they should value long-standing tenants who pay their rent on time!)
