we just move here, and we love it.
Maintenance is super, on top of everything and very respectful and polite.
It exceded my expectations to be honest.
Last place i used to lease ( westlake in belleville ), maintenance was sucks, didn't care, rude. When we needed some things fixed, they would come many weeks later, and that was with us calling to remind them every day.
I am glad, that maintenance here at hunt club actually cared.
I noticed that people always write a review when they are unhappy, but never when they are happy, so I am writing this review to express my happiness about hunt club.
ps: keep the good work maintenance.

Don't judge a book by its cover this place may look nice but you will regret living here. Ive lived here for almost a year and half now and its giving me nothing but grief. First of all, my carpet was dirty and peeling up when I moved in. I complained about it right away but it took two months for them to do a shity patch up repair job and then later blame my dog for the damage. Secondly, this place is not safe, my neighbors apartment was broken into twice and the complex refused to let him out of his lease when he complained about his safety. Thirdly, my heater broke down on the weekend in the middle of winter and it took them 3days to fix it. I can't wait to move out of here. I don't feel safe
