When I first moved into Hunt Club, I was excited because it has a washer and dryer and it's not that bad of a price. However, management sucks. They are slow to fix everything and don't bother having anything shipped to your apartment, because it goes to the management office, where they are always to busy to get it for you, or they can't find it. They are also very rude in the office, especially ------. The fitness room is extremely outdated and nothing works. The ground is covered in goose poop. Don't move here, it sucks. Oh, and they also charge you $75 if your rent is late 1 day.

1) Having a package sent to the office is standard for an apartment complex. Where are they going to put it otherwise? They don't have the key to your building! I'd rather have my stuff safe in the office (even if they have troubling finding it) than sitting on the porch of my building for anyone to take. 2) Geese live near water. Sometimes they poop. 3) $75 for late rent is also pretty standard. A handy solution is to turn your rent in on time. Sorry, I just think these are pretty lame reasons for disliking an apartment complex. Rudeness from the office staff and slow maintenance are the only legitimate arguments in this post.
