I went into the office to look for an apartment and was told that because a new mananagement company took over they didn't know what apartments were vacant because the other company didn't tell them, don't buy something if you don't know what you are doing is my opinion, then I found out that the management company is the same as the one who owns the dump THE PINES next door, thank god they didn't know what was vacant!

Actually, this new management has been wonderful. I moved early this month, and the old management had rented me an apartment that wasn't vacant! The new management found me something that was, and bigger too, for the same price. So, they are trying their best!
