HORRIBLE HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF. OH YEAH...THE POOL THEY DECIDED TO REDO AND IT'S NOW MID-JUNE AND STILL NO POOL!!! OVER PRICED AND NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THE APARTMENT AS WELL AS THE STAFF. I COULD GO ON AND ON FOR DAYS. JUST PLEASE...DON'T RENT HERE. THEY ALSO MAKE YOU PAY TRASH, WATER (WHICH I PAID LESS FOR MY HOUSE) AND ANY OTHER FEE THEY TACK ON AND DON'T TELL U ABOUT UNTIL AFTER!!!!!!

Yes, but it is also the responsibility of the ------ ass apartments to be up-front with you initally.

They are one of the only buildings that do this in Washtenaw county and if it's a condo it can be either way. I pay more for water here than I did in a 2 sq ft house in the city!

Hi there! I am sorry that the pool is still not complete; if we had left the old one then there would be no pool at all because it was in a terrible state. We are happy to be making improvements daily and wish that it could be done overnight but of course it takes time. Please come in and let us know what your concerns are. We care VERY MUCH how you feel about your home. We want it to be the best it possibly can be and we want to know what you think. We know that our community is nothing without its valued residents. You can, of course, use the pool/s at The Pines next door while you are waiting for our new one to be complete.

So your main complaint is the pool and that you pay certain utilities that are in your lease??? have some sense and know what you sign up for...you can call the city, or the utility company to find out how much the average pay is for your place. A pool is an extra...if you were so ticked you could have contacted the tenants union to get some legal advice to get out of your lease. Read the fine print!!!!

STOLEN CARS, BREAK IN'S (BOTH APTS & CARS) PEOPLE HAVING SEX OUT IN THE OPEN DURING THE DAY ON THE LAWN, MOLD, LEAKING FIREPLACES, WINDOWS THAT DON'T OPEN, FEES UPON FEES THAT ARE NOT NOTED IN THE LEASE....AND ON AND ON AND ON...

What fees are you paying? I have no extra fees ... I pay rent, and then water/trash.
