Great place to live if you're rich

The rent is VERY high. We pay Ann Arbor rent price with Ypsilanti mailing address. $829 a month for a two bedroom, two bathroom.
We've never had any problem with the maintenance staff or anyone in the clubhouse. The pool is beautiful and the hottub is great.
The only things we found wrong with the place are:
1. Two different cabinet doors have fallen off the wall
2. somebody keeps tearing off our name from our mailbox (dumb kids)
3. There's barely ever any parking after 5 or on the weekends.
Other than that, everything has been peachy!
