The rent is cool, management is ok, they can better, I moved in they quoted me one price and two month's later, said they made a mistake and raised my rent like $20, they didn't want to clean my carpet, and when they did they charged me a fee to do the upstairs(I don't think that is complementary)You leave a message they don't get back to you in a timely manner, you basically have to go to the office to deal with anything that you need or want taken care of.
