I lived at Huron Heights when it first opened.
The grounds were beutiful . The price was wonderful....but the office staff was OUTSTANDING. The original staff that was there from the day they opened the doors(I Might add) with friendly smiles and caring attitudes. All of them gone now and you can tell. You walk into the office for leasing info. everyone is hiding in some back office.You as the customer actually have to yell for service. You call and the answering machine is always picking up instaed of a live person.
Groups of people drinking 40 ounze beers on the curbs. The old manager use to chase the hoodlums done and call the police on thugs and drug dealers. The landscaping...what landscaping You have hard dirt mounds with wood chips half scattered everywhere.
I would love to live there again. Large space good for the price however, forget it with current staff and management company. Obvious they dont give a damn.
Fix up the grounds...get the bums and drug dealers off the strets...get professional people back in the office.
