Huron Heights/Huron Ridge has go to be the most unprofessional leasing staff I have ever encountered. While the actual units are nice, the environment is horrible.

Upon move in, my unit was not completed. it took more than two weeks to get it to a functioning unit, and over a month to get it finished.

I might as well break down the pors and cons:

Pros
nice spacious 2 and 3 bedroom town homes
huge kitchens
nice big windows
master bedroom is pretty big

Cons
management has changed four times inthree years
management unprofessional
maintenance take weeks to investigate an order/request and even longer to repair it
security gates haven't been in order for 2 years
rent goes up 80-50 dollars a year
children of the residents are often unsupervised
many residents have block like parties during the work week until 2 and 3 am
several violent incidents in complex
no work out area
no clubhouse
horrible grounds
and the list goes on...
basically, look for another place to stay.

On a side note, the violent incidents I wrote about include but are not limited to robbery, drive-by's, and residents fighting in the streets.
There has also been a prostitution ring, as well as domestic violence incidents through out the complex.
