I've lived hear about seven months. It's not good, and it's not bad. I personally don't like the neighborhood, especially in the summer. Unsupervised kids roam the streets until the late hours of the night andl large groups of people standing on the corners drinking. A few times the cops were called in, but everyone split and nothing was resolved. Our neighbors were loud, and when we called the office to inform them of the problem, the lady LAUGHED at us. The place looks nice, but it's shady and I didn't feel comfotable there. Nothing bad happened to us, but the management sent us out a memo right before Christmas informing residents of break ins in the area...

Oh, we lived by the soccer field and cops frequently parked there cars behing our house at night for hours.

The rent is cheap, the place is fairly nice, but if you want to live some where were you don't see a cop every day, find somewhere else.
