Good if you want to save $

I live in a style ?A? 852 sq foot apartment. Overall, its been a slightly frustrating experience living there. Management is not very organized and professional demeanor is not what you get from the staff about 85% of the time. Don?t expect for any slightly complicated issues broght to local mgmt to be handled efficiently or professionally(i.e. Due to health concerns, I couldn?t stop in until 3 days prior to my renewal. My lease paperwork was not ready and the manager yelled at me for basically not coming in when she was there) However, my run ins with them have been few.
I live in the newer apt buildings. Overall, they have held up ok. The appliances that came with the apt are super. Water is paid for (you pay for heat/electricity).
If you want to save $ for a house I?d recommend it. My rent hasn?t risen that drastically. (from $590 - $605) Don?t move here for a super quiet stay (many, many tenants are EMU students) or for the scenery. The office hours are great if you need anyone in the office (9-9 m-f, 9-5 sat, 12-5 on sun)
If you?re used to a nicer apt complex like Arbor Glen, you may be in for a shock.
