People who live at Lakepointe and the management are very friendly poeple. I moved recently because of the cigarette smoke that entered our apartment from our change-smoking neighbor's apartment. It caused my allergies to constantly erupt. The hallway constantly smelled like cigarette smoke. People drop their cigarette butts all around the property. It is not a good environment for non-smokers.
