I lived here for just under a year. It has its good points and its bad. If you have a 1-year lease, the rates aren't too bad. I was very upset that I was chared 200 dollars in month-to-month charges, however. Also, I tried chaining my motorcycle to a support post on my porch and was then told it had to be unchained, in the parking lot. The very same week after I moved it, it was stolen. Less than a couple months later, my car was broken into, as well. Definitely not the best neighborhood. Inside the apartment' Well, they are made of modular units, sort of like mobile homes. The build quality is so-so. You can definitely hear your neighbors. There was always loud music being played that the complex did nothing about, even though more than one resident complained about it. The electric heater is a joke. If you run it enough to actually warm the place, be prepared for a huge electric bill. If you have no money, I guess the place is ok, but there are much better options.
