Management seems to take there time doing things here. The office staff is very rude and it seems they talk down to residents because of the subsidized living here. The office manager is the worst. She is loud and rude to customers. She sits and gossips with residents which causes confussion because if she doesn?t like you or is not friends with you then you have slim to no chance of getting things done there. She has her own personal conversations going on (during business hours) on the company phone so please PLEASE don?t disturb her while she is at WORK on the phone with her HUSBAND!!

she dosent have a husband she dates the man incharge of the security tha hardly or never works at that complex,Oh yea the security?what security!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
