I am commenting on the overall of the apartments ,and I can say that the management was terrible and very disoranginzed.There was I high turnover of people who worked there,which could never keep up with my file. I don't know how many forms my husband and I had to sighn due to there negligance.WE also had a problem off with maintenace and with them hoding our rent checks and cashing them 1-2 monts later.I wouldn't recommend nobody to leave there.I just feel there was poor service.

This is probably under the "old regime." When we moved in, we were told there were a lot of problems "about" ten years ago, and when the current owners bought it, they kicked out a lot of people and got to work making sure all of the apartments were in good condition. We were told, quite frankly, that it used to be a very bad area and quite unsafe (as evidenced by a few people who still have security systems installed), but when the new owners took over, everthing improved, particularly the safety as well as the general competence of the staff (they hired new people and took care of their investment!). So, while your experiences are probably valid, they represent what the Meadows used to be like.
