While the apartments themselves are very nice, the overall safety of the complex is not the greatest. The new management that has come, has shown to be very greedy by uping rent more than what most people living here can afford, and has not done anything to improve the safety of the grounds. Plus, lately the white management has been coincidentally been chasing out many of our black residents that have lived here for many years. You make the decision if this is the place for you

I have been to the property to before and now live here. I think that there has only been improvements. The grounds look better, the people look cleaner and nicer, and all around looks great. Oh, and I am sure they do not chase people out for being black. I am black, have a good job and take pride in where I live. I hate when "others" pull the race card.
