I have lived at The Meadows for many years and I can tell you without hesitation that this is the nicest place I could imagine living in. I understand the frustration of the previous reviewer, but really, things can happen anywhere...from Ypsilanti to Beverly Hills. All I know is that I've been treated so well while I've lived here and I know my neighbors all feel the same way. The apartments are very nice and the staff really cares about everyone. I have two kids and we've always felt very safe and secure here.

I would recommend The Meadows to anyone interested in living in a nice neighborhood environment with a staff that makes you the priority.

The meadows may appear to be a safe place to live however looks can be VERY deciving. I too thought that The Meadows was a nice place to live until recently when my home was burglarized and management treated it as thought it was not a big deal instead of hiring security to patrol after dark. I have live there for many years more than three and nothing like this has every happened before. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion however in MY opinion I would only recommend The Meadows to those who want a false sense of security. Renters insurance may replace stolen property however it does not replace the thought of an unwanted person inside of your home.

How can an apartment community be responsible for you getting robbed? Did the office do it? Did the office tell you nothing bad would ever happen to you? Are you not aware that crime occurs everyday in almost every city in the world? People get robbed in Bloomfield Hills. They get robbed in Beverly Hills, CA. They get robbed in Ypsilanti. Grow up.
