i didnt like oakwood park at all! at first i thought it was nice but after a few months everything changed! the walls are paper thin and the water pressure sucked! i could barely get hot water at all and when the maintanance came to try and fix it they said that was the hottest it got! i was 19 when i moved in and i was the youngest person in the community from what i saw besides a few kids! most of the people are OLD and if not they are stuck up! the lady in the front office at the time was a complete b**ch for no reason everytime i tried to talk to her about something! i broke my lease and moved out immediately and wouldnt recommend anyone under 50 to move here! also the style of the apts look OLD school!

I currently live here with my husband. I wrote the post prior to this one. I am 24. I was 21 when we moved in. There are a lot of older people, but I like it because it is nice and quiet. I don't think the walls are thin at all. I have barely heard anything from any neighbors. There was one night I heard blaring music from a neighbor behind us, but none since. I have heard tools when people are moving in and hanging things or putting together furniture. The water pressure may be a little weak, but I've gotten used to it. We have now lived here over three years. We need more space, but everytime I look for bigger apartments, the ratings I see at other places scare me...lol.
