I really liked the apartments when i first moved in, because they were brand new, looked great inside and out, but since then have changed my mind considerably. I had a three bedroom, and between the three of us were were paying almost 1500 dollars. Also, Parking was terrible. Its not cool to have to walk a damn near a block or two at night, and in the winter because they didnt plan properly when building the sites. Then to make matters worse in order to have friends come over and not get their cars towed (which will cost you a minimum $240), you have to go to the office and get a guest pass. That is rediculous with the amount of money we pay, not to mention this is not a dorm. Then they dont take noise complaints seriously, and the materials they built the apartments with are very cheap. The walls mark very easily which will be taken out of your deposit. Then when i complained about problems with my heating and cooling, i was informed by maintenence (spelled that wrong), they the doors and other clearance thinigs necessary for good heating and cooling were not properly constructed when the buildings were built.
