Yes because it is brand new the apartments look really nice with new appliances etc, but it is very cheaply made and very easy to make marks on the wall ect. But I was highly insulted in October when they posted flyers on your door asking you to sign a lease by November for next year or else you weren't guaranteed the same apartment. Right after you had just signed your lease in September..can you say better buisness bureau. It is also very noisy and management does not take noise violations seriously. Not to mention the frequent Thursday night shootings from the bar across the street (that managment seems to ignore) and the long walks from the other building at night because there is no parking, and don't even think about having guests over unless they liked to be towed. Overall highly over priced for you get!
