looks good but not the best location.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Very expensive, walls scratch easily, right behind the apartment is very shady. Gunshots heard from behind building across the river. The apartments are nice and look good, it seems like almost an oasis at first but once you move in you realize its too good to be true. The ammenitys are nice and its close to campus. But then again its Ypsi and theres not much to compare to.
